SHIPPING METHOD

Brown Healthcare ships via United Parcel Service (UPS).

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Brown Healthcare products may be returned for exchange in unopened packages within 30 days of the invoice date. Additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser may request a refund for product returned in unopened packages within 30 days however all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Items returned in damaged packaging (ie: opened, written on, no packaging materials) will be subject to a $5.00 per item repackaging fee. All returns must be authorized by our office.

Manufacturer’s Warranty: Brown Healthcare products found to have a manufacturer’s defect within the first 12 months following purchase will be replaced by Brown Healthcare. Brown Healthcare reserves the right to have the damaged product returned to us at the purchaser’s expense in order that we might assess the cause of the damage prior to replacement product being shipped.

It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that accurate measurements and any additional information is provided for correct sizing in accordance with instructions provided by Brown Healthcare on our web site or by our representatives.
