HipSaver Interim

HipSaver Interim is the perfect solution for immediate need and short-term use situations. Because HipSaver Interim is not underwear it does not need to be patient specific. Keeping a small supply in stock will assure that you can offer seamless protection to those at risk for falls and fractures. Have HipSaver Interim on hand to immediately protect newly admitted residents from hip fractures. As part of your HipSaver program use HipSaver Interim as a 'stop gap' while you place your regular order for the new at-risk resident.

HipSaver Interim lets you provide protection for short stay or acute patients who may only be in your care for a few days. Residents who have a sudden or temporary change in their condition due to medication or other factors can be immediately protected with HipSaver Interim while they are being evaluated. HipSaver Interim is made of the same material as our SoftSweats cut to a capri length. HipSaver Interim features the same HipSaver Hip Protector pads that thousands in Canada and around the world have come to rely on for the ultimate in hip protection. All HipSaver models can be washed and dried in temperatures up to 250 degrees, well above CDC standards. HipSaver Interim is available in small, medium, large and X-large sizes.

Laundry and Care

HipSavers© can be washed and dried even in high temperature institutional laundries and CDC (Center for Disease Control) Laundry Guidelines.

Lower washing and drying temperatures can prolong the life of the garment.

Occasional use of bleach in low concentrations is acceptable for HipSavers.
